Could use an electric kettle, a fridge, and a microwave oven, admired views of courtyard. Having a bathtub was great. The location itself was good just off public transport, restaurants and the beach.

The only drawback was the noise from the nearby restaurants, especially at night. The walls were not well isolated, so it could get quite loud throughout the day and night.
